There will be a Joint Eastern and Southern District Surprise Major at Chiddingly Saturday 23 Sept 2023 from 10:30 - 12:30pm.
It is hoped the morning will be of benefit for those taking steps in learning and ringing surprise major. Emphasis is likely to be on Cambridge and Yorkshire but if there is demand the repertoire could include anything from the standard eight and core seven (Cambridge, Yorkshire, Superlative, London, Bristol, Lessness and Cornwall).
Chiddingly is an easy to ring set of eight bells near the village pub the Six Bells. This could be visited later in the day. Parking is available in the car park just outside the tower.
