Walk and ring. Battle and Forewood mini ring.Open ringing at Battle (8 bells, 21cwt tenor) from 13:45. before walking/ driving/ train back to Alan and Louise Pink's to ring on the Forewood mini ring (8 bells) and have tea.

Parking in Crowhurst
The best place to park is at the top of Station Road (sat nav TN33 9DB). There is a charge for using the station car park, so it is best to park on the road to the station, taking in to consideration the local residents driveway access.
Directions to Mini Ring (Southrise)
When parked walk to the station, cross the railway line by the footbridge, and follow the narrow path for a couple of minutes until reaching the main road. Then turn left and walk down the hill; Southrise is a couple of houses down on the right. Walk up the straight drive to the bells.
Anyone intending to ring at Battle and walk back please park your car at Crowhurst, then catch the train to Battle or walk - the church is a short walk from Battle station. There is one direct train an hour and one train the requires you to have to travel to St Leonards Warrior Square and back - see times above.
Anyone with mobility problems will of course the welcome to park at the mini ring. Address is: Southrise, Forewood Lane, Crowhurst, TN33 9AB.
