Are you competent in bell handling and are aged 14 years or upwards? Then this could be the course for you. Run over the whole day - you will have the opportunity to learn how to teach bell handling in bite sized chunks from the ringers first lesson to competent bell control. Run by the Association of Ringing Teachers, there will be a facilitator along with ringing teachers in a safe and supportive environment. There will be plentry of 'hands on' experience and the opportunity to put your learning into practice. Full details of the day are on the ART website. There are only 8 places left on the course so be sure to book via the website. Fees are £30.00 plus £10.00 on the day for tower donation and tea and cake. Lunch is not provided so bring a picnic or there are local cafes.
