Event Description:
This year's Eastern District ADM will take place on Saturday 22nd February, at Westham, St. Mary, from 1:30pm - 5pm.
This day's itinerary is:
- Ringing from 1:30pm - 2:50pm
- A short blessing from our vicar, David at 3pm
- Refreshments provided immediately after the blessing
- The ADM from 3:45pm
- Ringing from the end of the ADM until approx 5pm
Tower/refreshment donations can be made in cash or card on the day.
Ringers across all levels and districts are invited to join us, and we encourage anyone who can join for even a portion of the afternoon to come along! Eastern District members will have the opportunity to vote for District Committee roles, and give nominations for the following Association-level roles: Association Master, two Trustees, and Association BRF Secretary.
The meeting Agenda, District Secretary's Report, BRF Report, Central Council Report, and Minutes for the previous ADM will be placed here, and members are invited to review these before this year's proceedings (not all documents are available yet, please check back nearer the time).
