Event Description:
This year's Eastern District ADM will take place on Saturday 28th February, at Hastings, St. Clements, from 12:15pm - 5pm. 
 
This day's provisional itinerary is: 
  • Ringing from 12:15pm - 1:15pm at All Saints
  • Ringing from 1:30pm-2:45pm at St Clements
  • Teas from 3pm until 3:45pm
  • The ADM from 3:45pm
Tower/refreshment donations can be made in cash on the day.
 
Ringers across all levels and districts are invited to join us, and we encourage anyone who can join for even a portion of the afternoon to come along! Eastern District members will have the opportunity to vote for District Committee roles, and give nominations for the following Association-level roles: [TBA]. 
 
The meeting Agenda, District Secretary's Report, BRF Report, Central Council Report, and Minutes for the previous ADM will be placed here, and members are invited to review these before this year's proceedings (not all documents are available yet, please check back nearer the time).
