Eastern District ADM

Event Description:
This year's Eastern District ADM will take place on Saturday 28th February, at Hastings, St. Clements, from 12:15pm - 5pm. 
 
All members planning to come to the Eastern District ADM are kindly asked to fill in the short registration form or e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by Wednesday 25th February, as we need to provide expected numbers to the volunteers at St Clements by Thursday 26th AM.
 
This day's itinerary is: 
  • Ringing from 12:15pm - 1:15pm at All Saints
  • Ringing from 1:30pm-2:45pm at St Clements
  • Teas from 3pm until 3:45pm
  • The ADM from 3:45pm
Tower/refreshment donations can be made in cash on the day.
 
Both towers are located very close together in the Old Town of Hastings.  Most on-street parking is restricted to a couple of hours, but there are car parks nearby.  There are no trains running through Hastings on the 28th February, so any public transport attendees will need to arrive on buses, of which Hastings has a good service from most directions.
 
Ringers across all levels and districts are invited to join us, and we encourage anyone who can join for even a portion of the afternoon to come along! Eastern District members will have the opportunity to vote for District Committee roles, and give nominations for Association level roles at the AGM in May.
 
We currently need a Central Council Rep from the Eastern District - Please speak to Steve for more info if you are interested in this role!
 
The meeting Agenda, District Secretary's Report, BRF Report, Central Council Report, and Minutes for the previous ADM will be placed here, and members are invited to review these before this year's proceedings (not all documents are available yet, please check back nearer the time).
