You can browse the upcoming events below or you can search and filter the events by District or by event type on the right. There is always lots going on, so come along and join in! Remember, anyone is welcome to attend events in any District, not just their own.

Cost: £20 Course Fee + £5 accommodation fee to cover costs of ART tutor staying overnight to deliver the course.

ART Training Scheme – Module 2F provides you with the skills and techniques necessary to build really good foundation ringing skills in your ringers. The course is designed for anyone involved in teaching a new band where the teacher can personally ring at least plain hunt. Theory sessions will cover:
- the importance of approaching teaching in easy, understandable stages
- the critical importance of using effective feedback
- the theory of coaching
- how to form a strong band
This theory is supported by practical sessions that show how to develop these skills, including how to teach call changes, an exploration of kaleidoscope ringing, and different ways to introduce ringers to covering and plain hunt.
Can I attend a Module 2 Day Course before I’ve attended Module 1 (Teaching Bell Handling)?
Yes! You should attend the Module that best supports the teaching that you are currently doing with your ringers and/or band. All the Modules contain the same teaching and learning philosophy but focus on different areas of ringing development.
