I know that many of you are experiencing challenging times; some towers don't have enough ringers to practise every week, some towers have learners who are struggling to progress, and at least one tower has fallen silent altogether.  I expect all towers could do with some more recruits.  I was wondering whether you would find it helpful to have a "tower captains' pow-pow" - an opportunity to discuss the challenges we're facing, exchange ideas, and think of ways we can help each other.  The committee is also interested to hear your suggestions for training and recruitment needs.

Venue and Zoom meeting details have been shared with Northern District tower captains ahead of the meeting.  If anyone from other Districts would like to join, please get in touch.

 

Also, just a reminder to encourage your ringers to fill out the training survey, to help the Association and Districts plan training for the coming months.  If any of your ringers do not have internet access, it would be very helpful if you could assist them (the form works well on a smartphone).
