Event Description:

All Eastern District Ringers are invited to come along to the ADM at Battle on Saturday 23rd February. It’s a chance for new members to meet ringers from all across the district and to maybe have a go on some different bells. Ringing from 2.30 pm - all standards welcome, from rounds to surprise major - followed by a splendid ringers' tea at 4pm and a brief meeting. Please come and support your district and committee - everyone is welcome.

If you're a new member, come along to be welcomed to SCACR and receive your membership certificate and association membership book.

4pm Tea followed by the meeting

The meeting Agenda will include: approval of last year’s ADM Minutes, the Report from the Secretary of 2018 to be approved for publication in the SCACR Handbook, welcome of new members to SCACR, presentation of New Members’ Certificates & membership books, election of your committee for the Eastern District (everyone has to be re-elected), nominate SCACR Association Officers (New Trustee, Safeguarding Officer and 5th Central Council Rep needed - volunteers welcome just ask what is involved), and any other business you wish to bring up.
