It is with great sadness that we have heard of the death of Cyril Shutler on 17 October 2020. His wife Jane died on 2nd May 2020.

They both rang at Westbourne. Jane had been a member up until her illness. Their children Wendy and Anthony are SCACR members.

It is with great sadness that we have heard of the death of Elizabeth Butler, long time Tower Captain of Amberley bell ringers and supporter of the Sussex Association. She passed on 17 October 2020. Elizabeth was a not only stalwart supporter of the ringers but to the village as a whole and will be greatly missed.

Our thoughts are with their familes at this sad time.
